Are these real flowers?

Yes! All of my creations are made with real flowers from my garden, wildflowers, and other local botanicals. Each one is unique and one-of-a kind from nature, so size, shape and color of each flower may vary slightly.

Will the flowers fade?

They usually the hold their color very well! I take great care drying the flowers and safely encasing them in resin. However, please keep in mind all things that come from Mother Nature have a life cycle and age over time, especially if left in the sun or exposed to harsh chemicals. Be kind to your piece and it will last forever!

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Contact me to discuss wholesale orders. I’m a one-woman-show, but will do my best to accomodate. I’d love to be featured in your shop!

My item doesn’t look exactly like the picture, what’s going on?

I only use real flowers, leaves and botanicals in my pieces – and it’s only nature that each flower can vary. I do my very best to choose flowers that are as close to the description as possible. If you have specific requirements, please send me a message and I’ll do my best to find you the perfect piece. You’re guaranteed a piece that is one of a kind!

I’ve received my order, but I don’t love it.

If you are not satisfied with your order, let’s find a way to fix it! Returns and exchanges are welcome, but shipping costs are not covered by Okana Handmade. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.

Can I request a custom order?

Yes! I would love to create a unique, one of a kind piece for you! I can work with your dried flowers, and I can even create memorial pieces with ashes. Send me a message and we an make a plan!

How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping within Canada! USA is $8 flat-rate and free over $100 purchase! For other countries, please contact me and I can look into shipping options.

I input the wrong shipping address. Can I cancel my order?

If the incorrect shipping address has been provided and the order has already shipped, Okana Handmade is not liable to replace the item. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct shipping and billing name and address. If it hasn’t shipped yet I’ll be glad to adjust the address.
